The accelerator focuses on innovative solutions to address the unmet needs of older adults and their caregivers. Program themes include Caregiver Support, Care Coordination, Aging in Place, Financial Wellness and Resilience, Preventive Health (both Physical and Cognitive), and Social Engagement.
Its mission is to enable everyone to contribute to, and benefit from, entrepreneurs’ success. By connecting entrepreneurs with corporations and organizations around the globe, the accelerator aims to drive innovation and solve the world’s largest problems.
Techstars accelerators’ goal is to help entrepreneurs succeed. It runs three-month programs for startups and in each cohort, it connects companies with its network of over 4300 mentors, corporate partners, investors, and alumni.
The accelerator provides funding and fundraising opportunities, workshops, and curated resources. As of June 2023, 20 companies have graduated from the program and many have successfully raised follow-on funding rounds.
